After the drawing is received, open it accordingly according to the drawing, and select different blanking methods according to different batches, including laser, CNC punch, plate cutting, mold and other methods. Place the worktable next to the CNC and laser, which is conducive to placing the plate on the machine for processing and reducing the workload of lifting the plate. Some usable edge materials are placed in the designated place to provide materials for the trial mold during bending.
After the workpiece is dropped, the corners, burrs and joints shall be polished. At the tool contact, the flat file shall be used for trimming. For the workpiece with large burrs, the grinder shall be used for trimming, and the corresponding small file shall be used for trimming at the contact of the small inner hole to ensure the beauty of the appearance. At the same time, the trimming of the shape also ensures the positioning during bending, so that the position of the workpiece against the bending machine during bending is consistent, and the size of the same batch of products is consistent.
After blanking, enter the next process, and different workpieces enter the corresponding process according to the processing requirements. There are bending, riveting, flanging tapping, spot welding, convex hull, segment difference. Sometimes after bending oneortwo times, the nut or stud should be pressed well. Where there are mold convex hull and segment difference, processing should be considered first, so as to avoid interference after other processes are processed first, and the required processing cannot be completed. If there is a hook on the upper cover or lower shell, if it cannot be welded after bending, it should be processed before bending.
After bending, riveting and other processes are completed, the workpiece shall be subject to surface treatment. The treatment methods of different plate surfaces are different. After cold plate processing, the surface is generally electroplated. After electroplating, spraying treatment is not carried out. Phosphating treatment is adopted, and spraying treatment is carried out after phosphating treatment. The surface of electroplated plates shall be cleaned, degreased, and then sprayed. Stainless steel plate (with mirror panel, fog panel and wire drawing plate) can be brushed before bending without spraying. If spraying is required, roughening treatment shall be carried out; Aluminum plates are generally treated by oxidation, and different oxidation base colors are selected according to different colors of spraying.
Commonly used are black and natural color oxidation; Aluminum plates to be sprayed shall be sprayed after chromate oxidation treatment. Surface pretreatment can make the surface clean, significantly improve the adhesion of the film, and double the corrosion resistance of the film. The cleaning process is to clean the workpiece first, hang the workpiece on the assembly line, first pass through the cleaning solution (alloy degreasing powder), then enter the clean water, then pass through the spray area, then pass through the drying area, and finally remove the workpiece from the assembly line.
This is the general process of ordinary sheet metal processing. The work is very simple, but sometimes it is difficult to do. To make a level and quality sheet metal product, it is not enough to talk about it. It requires a lot of practical operation and understanding of the sheet metal platform.
