How to achieve customer satisfaction when customizing chassis and cabinets
The development of cabinet processing industry is becoming more and more serious. It is rooted in the rapid development of society, the popularity of high-tech products, server cabinets, computer hosts, equipment enclosures, etc. are not available. More and more cabinet manufacturers choose professional customization to open up a new path. So what should we pay attention to when customizing?
1. The material shall meet the requirements of the drawing. Unless otherwise specified, all steel sheets shall be 20 # cold rolled steel sheets. Hot rolled steel sheets are not allowed. The substitution of materials shall be approved by the technicians.
2. The angle tolerance of unmarked bending angle is ± 1 °.
3. The straightness and flatness of parts without shape and position tolerance shall be inspected according to grade C accuracy specified in gb1184-80 (including all contour lines and planes).
4. The deformation caused by processing shall be adjusted and leveled after forming.
5. The parts shall be processed correctly according to the drawings. All edges and corners shall be blunt, and the height of burrs and flash shall not exceed 0.2mm. In principle, it is based on the principle of no scratch.
6. The rivet nuts and screws must be pressed (expanded) and riveted firmly. They shall be inspected according to the required tightening torque standard of screws and nuts, and there shall be no looseness. The threads of the parts shall be protected during the spraying process, and the blockage caused during the plating process shall be re tapped and repaired. The threaded hole shall be free of sliding thread and broken thread, and the screw shall be able to be screwed in smoothly with appropriate tightness.
7. The fasteners shall conform to the selected standards or drawings. The surface treatment of screws, bolts, nuts, flat washers and spring washers shall comply with the requirements of the drawings. Screws and bolts shall be free of sliding wires and broken threads, and shall be able to be screwed into the screw hole smoothly with appropriate tightness.
